Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ListenRobo for any unlawful purpose, including transcribing content that infringes on any third party rights. Do not upload illegal, offensive, or obscene content. We reserve the right to remove any content without notice at our sole discretion.
User Content
By submitting media files and other content ("User Content") to ListenRobo for transcription, you grant CerebroX Technologies, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive license to access, use, reproduce, transmit, display, distribute, and store this User Content solely to provide the Service. You declare you have rights to submit all User Content for processing.
Payments & Renewals
ListenRobo offers a free transcription plan with certain limitations on audio duration and features. Paid subscription plans are also available for higher usage limits and additional capabilities.
The Free Plan includes:
- Up to 3 hour of transcription per month
- Transcibe File Upto 50 MB
- No summarization & translation features
Paid Plans start at $29/one-time and offer:
- Unlimited transcription minutes
- Transcibe File Upto 1 GB
- Advance features like summarization & translation
CerebroX Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue free plan limitations and paid plan pricing at any time with appropriate notice. Any subscription purchase will be subject to the specific terms presented at checkout. Free accounts that exceed usage limits may be rate-limited or suspended.
Termination
Users violating laws or any of these Terms of Use may have their access to ListenRobo terminated. CerebroX Technologies, Inc. also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of our Services without notice. Users agree we will not be liable for any termination or suspension of access or discontinuation of Services.
Disclaimers & Limitation Of Liability
ListenRobo provides transcription "as is" without warranty of any kind. CerebroX Technologies, Inc. disclaims any accountability for errors, omissions, loss of data or other harm arising from use of our Services.
