We also partner with Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, and other analytics data. This data helps us improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.

We collect and use this personal data for providing and improving the Service. We may use your email address to inform you about our Service, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements.

However, we may implement more specific data retention timeframes in the future (i.e. storing transcripts for 1 year after creation date). This policy will clearly state any changes if that occurs.
